20 Stories High are a dynamic young theatre company producing challenging theatre that attract new audiences. The company comprises professional touring productions, youth theatre and community projects and blends different art forms to develop new theatrical disciplines.
Inherent in their work is the ethos of nurturing new writing talent and including young people at every stage of the production process. The company interacts heavily with the artistic input of surrounding communities to produce original and impactful theatre pieces.
20 Stories High also collaborate with a range of nationally-recognised established artists, gaining acclaim for their innovative renderings of contemporary stories receiving gongs from the Manchester Evening News, Liverpool Daily Post and the Brian Way Award in 2010 and 2011 for the UK’s best play for young people.
