We will make our decision based on the information you provide in your application and any further information that we request. We will look at each individual application on its own merits and assess against criteria under the following headings:

Meeting the brief
Governance and management of activity
Financial viability

Applications will be assessed using our standard five-point word scoring: Not Met, Potential, Met, Met-Strong and Met-Outstanding. On the basis of these ratings we will recommend that an application is fundable or not fundable.

Applications that do not achieve at least Met-Strong for 'meeting the brief' and at least Met for 'governance and management of activity' and 'financial viability' will not be recommended fundable. Applications recommended fundable will be reviewed by a panel, which will make the final selection.
