Next steps for National portfolio organisation funding agreements
As relationship managers at Arts Council England put together first drafts of new funding agreements, the following information sheet is a quick guide to where we are now, and what to expect, as the National portfolio funding process progresses.
You can download the information sheet in PDF format and Word format.

National portfolio and touring
We have allocated Lottery funds to our National portfolio to support touring. This decision was made to protect and strengthen the touring infrastructure. Organisations receiving Lottery either tour or present touring work, and therefore we allocated up to 20% of the grant as Lottery funded.
Lottery funds come with particular requirements for their use and accounting. We have endeavoured to make these requirements as straight forward as possible for you, and we ask for your co-operation with two conditions:
- That you display the correct logo on your promotional material, acknowledging lottery funding.
- That you supply a straight forward pro forma with your touring expenditure in October every year. This is required to demonstrate that the lottery funds were used for their intended purpose. Download the pro forma template.
