We have budgeted £20 million from the National Lottery for small capital grants that will benefit the arts in England.

Available budget

We have split the available budget over two application rounds with each round having a closing date for applications. Applications are now closed for the first round, of which we have allocated £11.7 million. A further £8.3 million will be available in 2013/14 - details on when you can apply will be announced soon.

Organisations can apply for a capital grant of between £100,000 and £499,999.

Who can apply

Our priority will be to support National portfolio organisations that currently own or operate arts buildings and can demonstrate that capital investment will increase their resilience in the longer term.
