Issues with Annual Survey submissions
Thank you for your understanding while we’ve been managing issues with the portal we’re using for the Annual Survey. We are very sorry for the frustration this has caused.
We have extended the submission deadline to Friday 8 July.
You will receive an email with further instruction on how to complete the annual survey by Friday 24 June.

Our current office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
We aim to reply fully to all enquiries within five working days of receipt. If the issue takes longer than this to resolve, we will explain to you why there is a delay and when you can expect to receive a full response.
