Libraries and Grants for the arts - A Little Bit Darker

Hide description

A Little Bit Darker is a libraries project by Lloyd Allen led by poet and musician Charlie Dark at Homerton Library in Hackney, London for Black History Month 2012. It was funded by Arts Council England through Grants for the arts.

This is the second in a series of three videos looking at arts projects based in libraries that have been funded through the Arts Council's Grants for the arts programme.

Grants for the arts is an open-application funding programme, which funds arts activities that engage people in England, or that help artists and arts organisations carry out their work. Our £6 million Grants for the arts Libraries fund is now open to applications.
