This discussion took place at the Digital R&D in the Arts Forum in Manchester Town Hall in February 2013. In this podcast, the panel looks at new business models for digital engagement. It explores how arts organisations are using new technologies to innovate in their organisational and business models. It will also explore how technologies are creating new opportunities for artists and arts organisations to collaborate. The Digital R&D Fund for the Arts is a £7 million fund for organisations with arts projects based in England working in collaboration with technology providers and researchers. The fund supports new digital research and development projects that aim to expand audience research and/or develop new business models.
