Jo joined the Arts Council in November 2006 as Online Editor of the arts debate website. Her role is to develop the site's content and online participation opportunities to ensure it becomes an integral part of the arts debate. Previously she has worked as online editor for the British Film Institute and the Royal Academy of Arts. She has an MA in Cultural Policy from City University where she researched the policy implications surrounding cultural entitlement. She has a BA in History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art.
