Emily Keaney

Emily has worked in the Arts Council's research team since February 2006, working on a variety of projects, including the Arts Debate. She is on secondment from the ippr, where she was a Research Fellow working on projects on Democracy, Arts and Culture. She has a BA in Modern History from Oxford University and a Diploma in Art and Design from Camberwell College of Art. She has authored and co-authored a number of publications, including From Access to Participation, Cultural Policy and Civil Renewal and A Citizen's Duty: Voter inequality and the case for compulsory turnout.
