How we make an impact

Hand drawn iIllustration by Supermundane with lots of intricate lines and patterns

We don't just provide financial funding for arts and culture - we're also a development agency. This means that we conduct research, give expert advice, promote partnership and do other activities to help the arts and culture sector develop.

Our aim is to develop a thriving arts ecology that offers everybody the chance to enjoy, participate and create. Find out more about our different areas of focus below.

Our strategic priorities

A woman wears a large angular helmet and glove. The helmet features a digital screen showing her face covered in graphical elements. The glove has cable connections in it.
