The Act requires public authorities to have an approved publication scheme which is a means of providing access to information which an authority proactively publishes. On 1 January 2009, Arts Council England adopted a new model publication scheme.

We will acknowledge your correspondence and give you a date by which you will receive a response. This date will be 20 working days from the day after your request is received.
