Standard conditions for grants
The standard conditions for grants set out important parts of the relationship between the Arts Council and the recipients of the Arts Council's grant funding. The conditions apply to every grant given by the Arts Council, and should be read along with other documents that set out the responsibilities of grant recipients, including the legally binding grant guidance found on this site. The conditions are available in two versions, one for grant recipients before June 2008 and one for grants allocated in July 2008 onwards. Both of these versions are available in PDF and RTF format.
